Being a small town girl from Jamshedpur and ending up as the privileged title winner of Mrs India Pride of Nation-Face of North, organized by Glamour Gurgaon in November 2021is a testament to Priyadarshini Nieharika’s hard work, perseverance, and dedication to her passion.

After graduating with a degree in economics from Mumbai, she moved to Delhi to pursue an MBA in Human Resources. Nieharika believes “It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.” She had to manage the demands of a changing environment and culture so that it would work in her favour. Throughout her pursuit of a meaningful career, she has gained exposure to a variety of industries and roles. Among her many professional accomplishments, her current position as HR leader at Tata Consultancy Services represents her professional excellence.

Having successfully maintained a career in the corporate world, it was not easy to maintain the analogous pursuit of becoming a fashion enthusiast. With over a decade of experience, she has led the solution to work in order to explore the challenges of managing talent. As a result, she has developed a competitive attitude and developed a never-give-up attitude.

In addition to achieving success in her professional endeavour of being an effective and yet popular leader in the corporate world, she has acquired a positive reputation for the way she approaches human resource issues as their Human Resource Leader. She has become an inspiration for women who dare to dream because of her unorthodox choices at work and in her personal life. With a lot of determination and grit, she has been able to position herself at the top of the podium despite all odds.

Regardless of how difficult it may be, her goal is to adapt a new style and embrace the new opportunities that will lead to success. Her enthusiasm has never ceased, and it has helped her achieve some impossible goals. Nieharika has many soft sides, one of which is expressing her thoughts through painting & writing poetry to share her emotions. She has always believed in surrounding herself with people and things that inspire her. As a woman, she played a number of roles that made her resilient and helped her to adjust to changing needs. Even though sometimes Nieharika felt overwhelmed, she managed to strike a balance between these roles and move forward.
